How do I Purchase work featured on By Proxy*?

See something that catches your eye? Simply send an inquiry to our sales team and we will provide you with a digital invoice that includes the price of the work plus a shipping quote. This invoice can be viewed and paid right from your email.

 

What is the return policy?

Please note that we normally do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Because of this, we ask that you make sure to direct any and all questions you may have regarding work to info@byproxy.us prior to purchase. In the event a work is received damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or return. Make sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving the work by emailing info@byproxy.us with any issues.

How does work ship?

Smaller works that are less fragile can be shipped through traditional mailing services (USPS, UPS, FEDEX,). Larger or more delicate works need to be shipped by a professional art handling service. We are happy to coordinate this or work with the purchaser's preferred service. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times can vary depending on the work. Pieces are sent directly from the creator’s studio to your door. The artist, designers, and makers do their best to pack and ship their work as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. As soon as the work is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking. For work that is sent via art handler, the date and time of delivery is coordinated with you, the purchaser.

I see a piece that I would like to purchase and have framed. Can you do this?

Yes! If you would like to purchase a work with frame, we can provide options and quote for custom framing services.
